Extra Support

Sonder Counselling is not a crisis service so I’m unable to provide emergency support in between our sessions. Below is a list of helpful contacts if you need help outside of our sessions.

If you have an emergency, please contact the emergency services on 999.  If you have an urgent problem which isn’t an emergency, you can contact your GP.
